They're not willing to get shafted on a 4 dollar slice of pizza when they get could a hot and ready for 5 at little Ceasars. People today want value. Also this video isn't anything revolutionary, if the people listening paid to be there I feel sorry for them wasting there money.

I am in a FB group for systeme io users, where a lot of users have commented stating that their stripe accounts got banned for selling digital products like ebook, guides and courses. None of them actualy specified what type of ebook and/or courses they were selling (a lot of them sell PLR/MRR content, as far as know). So, I was concerned that it was for all digital products. I too sell ebooks and courses (that I created myself) in the social media marketing and sales niche, which I currently sell on gumroad. My question was, since I sell on gumroad and gumroad then pays me via stripe, how do these changes affect someone like me? I watched this video again, and it seems clear to me that digital products per se are not the issue, the seller or the content creator need to keep their products genuine, deliver what is promised to the customer & keep disputes to a minimum, and be ready with a backup. 🤞

Great example. I think what's the biggest miss with a lot of newsletter is that there's no "what do I get?" factor. It's "join my newsletter and be on my list forever!" And customers are asking - "For what? What do I get?" If your free newsletter can make a promise to deliver great SaaS tools - awesome. Keep going.

I just tried through Active Campaign integration as well. It's not adding anyone to my list when a "prospect" is created. Can someone maybe explain this to me? I'm afraid I'm a bit out of my element here XD

A Prospect is created when a customer enters their email address but does not complete the checkout. This can take anywhere from four hours to immediate creation upon abandonment of the page. Previous customers will not appear as a Prospect (bc only new unique emails entered on your checkout page will be picked up).

Ignore what everyone else is doing. Ignore what the "market" is doing. Make an ebook that solves ONE problem for your customer. That's your sole focus.

If I'm reading this right - Upsell #1 is $100. Upsell #2 is that same product but slashed down to $50. Yes, 100% that can work. Or you can make Upsell #2 a payment plan so you can collect more revenue.

Test it out and let us know. Focus on selling one product at a time though. Lead with one and then use upsells and order bumps to offer them more options.

Yep! Everything is translatable. While our team can only talk to you in English, you can make the checkout in whatever language you need!

While you're right this is just browser-based, it doesn't mean it's automatically blocked. The gist we get seems like anywhere from 10-20% of visitors' devices are blocking browser-based cookies. For that, we also have our Facebook Conversions API you can use for server side tracking. You can use both this and CAPI together, but just make sure you watch your FB Dashboard carefully for sales getting reported more than once. Facebook/Meta claims to be good at de-duplicating orders, but always good to monitor. Create a new product, set it to Pay what you want, link it to your course. You can have multiple products linking to the same course. Great way to test different price points, payment options, copywriting.

Set a price. Test it. Raise it or lower it. Test it again. See which price point brings in the most sales (or your best customers).
